Life is simple. Breath to live. Couldn’t get much more simple than that, no?
So why do we tend to over analyze everything when we are not happy?

Some things are just plain simple. I believe happiness is one of those things.
That’s where the 9 comes in. The power of 9. The highest single digit number. Completeness. To go any higher adds unnecessary complexity. To go lower leaves it wanting.
The 9 Elements of Living a Happy Life according to me:
Mind
Body
Spirit
Work
Love
Play
Past
Present
Future
These nine elements represent our total being: our Self, our Life, and our Time. Lack of balance in one or more of these elements just might be the cause of any unhappiness.
